Supercharge your research with CRISPR engineering

A technical workshop on CRISPR Cas 9 to be held during Queenstown Research Week on the afternoon of 2nd September.

This session will cover the basics of the technology as well as advanced applications including: Basic genome editing in bacterial/eukaryotic cells and animal models, how to design gRNA and donors etc, base editing, dCas9 applications for transcription modulation, new Cas-based technologies (e.g. Cas13 CRISPRi), and high-throughput genome screening methods.

Any MWC investigators registered for Queenstown Research Week (either Block A, B or C) are welcome to attend this workshop.
