The Microscopy and Imaging Techniques Workshop will introduce early career scientists within the MWC to current microscopy and imaging techniques.

The day will consist of short talks from a variety of experts and facilities around New Zealand including Dr Jacqueline Ross from the Biomedical Imaging Unit in Auckland, Dr Matthew Savoian from the Massey University Microscopy facility, Associate Professor Alok Mitra speaking about CryoElectron Microscopy and Dr Adele Woolley will talk about confocal microscopy and live imaging facility. It will also include presentations from early career researchers using microscopy and imaging techniques in their research.
This is a great opportunity to learn about microscopy and imaging techniques (or further your existing knowledge) and quiz the experts about applying these techniques to your research.
